Paper size: 8 x 10 or 5 x 7 ( 8 x 10 is a standard size for headshots)
Paper surface: Pearl
Quantity: We offer quantities 25 50 75 100 if you would like more than 100 enter your quantity on the line provided. You will be charged the lowest quantity print price for that paper size. We do not offer composites in quantities less than 25.
Sending: You can send an original negative, a high quality digital file or a print. If your image needs retouching we can do that before we begin your order (see Retouching). If you're sending original negatives attach any special cropping instructions. Always use cardboard in your shipping envelope to protect your originals from being damaged in transport.
Print Name: Please print clearly. If you are sending a logo make sure it is camera ready, black type on a white background, no larger than 2" high (preferable the size it will be on the composite). If you would like to add additional information other than your name attach your instructions to the order form.
Photo Credit: If you would like to give a photo credit to the photographer who took the picture, indicate the photographers name in the space provided. This is optional unless the photographer has stamped your photo to indicate a photo credit is required.
Type styles Available: We have provided you with a list of the top 8 type styles. Pick the one you like and write the name of that type style in the space provided. If you have another type style you would like to use, you can E-mail us to see if we have that type style available.
Type style: You have a choice of all caps: DAVID SMITH
or upper and lower case: David Smith
Type Placement: You have a choice of placement for your name left, center or right. The most common choice is center.
