Q: What are my different paper choices and which one should I use for Digital Inkjet Fiber Base papers?

A: We offer several different Digital Inkjet Fiber Base paper choices. All of these papers are made from high quality traditional baryta photo paper. These beautiful papers are as close as we can get to matching a photographic Fiber Base paper in weight, texture, tones and appearance. The look and feel of these Fiber Base papers are just outstanding. All Digital Fiber Base papers are heavy weight (double weight).

(1) Gold Fibre Silk: slight warm tone, luster surface - made by: Ilford

  • This is a wonderful paper that works well for portrait prints, gallery, exhibition, or portfolio use. Excellent warm tonal range.
  • Exhibition quality

(2) Gloss Warm tone: high sheen surface like air dried glossy - made by: Harman

  • This paper works well for landscape prints, gallery, exhibition, or portfolio use.
  • Excellent warm tonal range
  • Exhibition quality

(3) Gloss Cold tone: high sheen surface like air dried glossy - made by: Harman

  • This paper works well for landscape prints, gallery, exhibition, or portfolio use.
  • Excellent cold tonal range, looks like glossy air dried photographic fiber base paper.
  • Exhibition quality

(4) Bright White Matte: cotton rag - flat matte surface - made by: Innova

  • The smooth bright white surface makes beautiful crisp sharp prints suitable for gallery, exhibition, or portfolio use.
  • Excellent tonal range, especially in the blacks and dark areas.
