Q: What are my different paper choices and which one should I use for Fiber Base photographic papers?
A: We offer three different Fiber Base photographic paper choices. All Fiber Base papers are double weight.
(1) Glossy : this is a cold tone glossy paper with an air dried surface. Air dried fiber base has a luster shine not a high gloss
- This is a wonderful paper that works well for portrait prints, gallery, exhibition, or portfolio use. Excellent tonal rendition.
- Can be Selenium Toned for optimum archivalness
(2) Matte : this is a cold tone flat matte surface paper
- Used for retouching or handcoloring.
- Cool image color Excellent tonal rendition
- Can be Selenium Toned for optimum archivalness
(3) Warm Tone Matte : this paper has a warm tone with a flat matte surface
- The warm tone is a creamy buff color white base giving it the appearance of being lightly toned
- Used for retouching or handcoloring
- Can be Selenium Toned for optimum archivalness
