Q: How do I FTP upload files using the FTP Upload page on the this web site?

A: Uploading files using our FTP upload page is an easy way to send us your files for printing, retouching or for fine art Giclée printing on canvas. Using the FTP upload page is to upload files for review or print when your customer information is already on file. If you don't have a customer account please print out one of the order forms and send it in with your upload.

• Fill in the basic upload information Name: First, Last and Company Name ( if applicable )

• E-Mail address so we can contact you with any questions

• Order Information: File Name, Paper Surface (Premium inkjet pearl or matte, Fiber Base 3 surface choices), or Gallery Wrap, Quantity, Size, Borders or Borderless, Special Instructions. If you need help with this information you can print out an order form, fill it out, fax it in or scan and e-mail the order directly to us.

• Click Continue

• The next screen gives you the choice of uploading 2 files at a time. The 2 files combined should not exceed 60 MB. You can upload the following file types: JPEG or TIFF files. Click on the Browse button to open the Choose File dialog box. In the Choose File dialog box find and click on the file you want to upload and then click Open. The file name will appear in front of the Browse button. When you have made your selections click on the Upload Files button at the bottom of the dialog box.
  

• Wait for the files to fully upload, this may take several minutes depending on the file size. When the upload is complete a new dialog box will appear saying Upload Results. It should have your file name and the word Uploaded next to it.
  

• You now have the choice to upload more files or click Finish. When you are done make sure you click Finish to complete a successful upload. Both you and BWC Lab will receive an e-mail notification that you have uploaded files. We will send you an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, if you do no receive a confirmation please contact us directly to check on your uploaded files.
  

• The FTP Upload page is for customers that already have their client information on file. If you do not have client information on file make sure you print out an Order Form. Fill it out and Fax it in or scan and e-mail it with your FTP Upload. This way we know what you want and how to get in touch with you.


• (Tip) If the files are not uploading there can be a number of different reasons. The files might be too large, or of a format that is not accepted through this FTP upload system.
