Q: Do you have any advice on shipping infrared film?

A: We recommend that you follow the same instructions as we give for shipping regular black & white film. The only difference is that we recommend you ship your infrared at the beginning of the week for example on a Monday or Tuesday This way the film does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. If you are concerned about keeping your film cool you can include an ice pack with your film. If you send an ice pack seal it separate from the film in 2 ziploc bags. Then seal your film in a ziploc bag. This prevents the film from getting any moisture inside the canister. We will return your ice pack with your order. (There is no additional charge to return your ice pack.)
