Q: How do you recommend I ship my order?

A :We always recommend shipping your orders in either a padded envelope or in a box.

The best way to package your order is with cardboard on both sides of your negatives. The cardboard should be at least 1 inch larger, all the way around, than the negatives. This will protect them incase the corner of the package is damaged. Place the whole thing in a regular or padded envelope or in a box.

You can choose what ever method of shipping that you prefer to get your order to us. Most of our customers use USPS Priority Mail, UPS which is trackable or Fed Ex which is also trackable.

Shipping your order back is again your choice of services. We make sure that it's packaged very well for shipping. Trust me we've seen just about everything when it comes to what shipping company's can do to a package. So feel assured that we will do everything in our power to make sure that you order arrives in perfect condition.

There is a place on the order form that will ask you how you would like your order shipped back, please don't forget to mark your choice. We use stamps.com to generate our USPS Priority Mail postage, this service is now trackable so whichever service you choose Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx all services are trackable.
